Groupe CAT announces it has entered into an exclusive negotiation with SNCF Logistics to purchase STVA.
Subject to successful negotiations and relevant approvals, Groupe CAT will integrate STVA into its organisation and thereby continue its strategic pursuit of external growth in order to become one of the European leaders in finished vehicle logistics.
Alejandro Forbes, CEO of Groupe CAT, said:

The staff representing both parties will meet shortly to receive full information on the project. Subject to regulatory approvals, these negotiations are expected to be completed in the second half of 2017.
