After beginning his journey on 6th August 2017, Russel Gallacher – a Supervisor from CAT UK – has completed his epic 190 mile Coast to Coast charity walk for PTSD Resolution, only 6 days later.
Walking Wainwrights famous route from St Bee’s to Robin Hood’s Bay, Russel crossed 3 of the UK’s National Parks; the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors on his journey. To get through the entire 190 miles in just 6 days meant that Russel had to work on average over 30 miles per day!
